Return & Refund Policy:
We want you to love your purchase from Kait V & Co! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or scent will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Accessories (hats/hair accessories)

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit (preferred for small businesses) or original payment method if you choose.
  • Store credit will be emailed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Please email us at kaitvco@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
    Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
